This means you have the option to request a full refund for any purchase made within 5 days of your subscription. The refund request process is simple and quick, allowing you to easily obtain a refund.
How does our money-back guarantee work?
If you encounter a problem after the 5-day period and we are unable to resolve the situation regarding your IPTV subscription, we will refund you only for the unused period. For example, if you subscribed to a 12-month subscription for €49, but only use our service for 3 months before encountering a problem, you will only be charged for these 3 months (i.e., €18), and we will refund you the remaining €31.
